When information is missing or uncertain, it should say so and offer to pass the question to your team rather than guess.
The Website Agent can ask for contact details and a short summary, then send the enquiry to your team for follow-up. You can review the conversation in the dashboard. This is a callback or follow-up handover, not a promise that a staff member is available for live chat around the clock.
