About
Saleem Ahmed is Director of CodeCue Technologies Ltd in London. He has been leading software delivery since 2018, working with UK, US and other international clients on websites, mobile applications, SaaS products and business platforms. His focus is turning a business requirement into a workable delivery plan: identifying what matters first, making technical trade-offs clear and keeping the client involved from discovery through release and ongoing support.
He started CodeCue in 2018 at the Business Incubation Centre of the University of Haripur in Pakistan. As the work grew, he built and led an in-house team of more than 40 developers, designers and testers, working from CodeCue’s office next to the university. Bringing those disciplines together gave projects a connected process, with design decisions, engineering work and quality checks reviewed by one accountable team rather than passed between unrelated suppliers.
That leadership background includes organising work, reviewing progress, coordinating dependencies and helping people understand the purpose behind each release. Saleem works with clients to define scope and priorities, then translates them into tasks the delivery team can review and test. Clear communication is central to his approach: uncertainty should be discussed early, changes should be assessed openly, and a launch should come with a practical plan for maintaining the product.
Saleem holds an MSc in Project Management from the University of Hertfordshire, on an APM-accredited programme. He also holds an MSc and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Haripur. This combination brings project planning and technical foundations into the same conversation, helping him weigh delivery risk, team capacity and product requirements together instead of treating management and engineering as separate responsibilities.
His delivery background spans education, transport and mobility, property, fitness, retail and e-commerce. CodeCue’s portfolio includes the AUE Student App, connecting students to university services; Travulas, with passenger and driver ride-booking applications; Geek Apartment, a property and tenant platform; and Plaza Hollandi, a flower-ordering and delivery product. These examples show the range of workflows the team has worked on, without attaching unverified user numbers, revenue claims or business results to the projects.
In 2026 he set up CodeCue Technologies Ltd in London to work directly with UK businesses. His current focus is practical AI agents and workflow automation, supported by the software and mobile delivery experience built since 2018. He looks for clearly defined tasks, approved information and appropriate human handover, so automation helps a team without taking away oversight. He also shares practical guidance through CodeCue’s Insights articles, explaining technology choices in language business owners can use when planning their next investment.
