Project Overview

Geek Apartment is a comprehensive property platform designed to connect tenants, property agents, and residential communities through a unified digital ecosystem. CodeCue developed the web platform, administrative panel, and cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.

The platform enables users to discover properties, communicate with agents and existing tenants, explore amenities, share property experiences, and manage property listings through dedicated tenant and agent functionality.

The Challenge

Geek Apartment needed a digital platform that could bring together property discovery, tenant communication, agent management, and property listings in one seamless ecosystem.

A key requirement was to give prospective tenants access to useful information beyond a traditional property listing — including insights and reviews from existing tenants — while providing agents with tools to register and manage properties and communicate with prospective tenants.

The Approach

CodeCue developed a complete multi-platform solution consisting of a public-facing web platform, an administrative panel, and dedicated Flutter applications for iOS and Android.

The platform was structured around two primary user groups — tenants and property agents — with role-specific functionality and communication features.

The admin panel provided the platform's management layer, while the mobile applications delivered an accessible experience for users on both major mobile platforms.
