Plaza Hollandi is a key business unit of Al Maktab Al Qatari Al Hollandi W.L.L., operating luxurious flower shops across different locations in Qatar. With Dutch-trained florists creating unique floral arrangements tailored to customers' preferences, Plaza Hollandi provides a premium flower-shopping experience through its digital platform.
CodeCue developed the mobile application to provide customers with a convenient way to explore and purchase Plaza Hollandi's unique floral offerings, complete the checkout process, make secure online payments, and have their orders delivered directly to their doorstep.
The Challenge
Plaza Hollandi needed a convenient digital channel that could complement its physical flower shops and make its products accessible to customers through mobile devices.
The platform needed to provide a smooth purchasing journey, from browsing and selecting products through checkout and payment, while also allowing customers to manage their accounts and track their orders.
The Approach
