Being found when customers ask an AI instead of searching
A growing share of buyers ask an assistant before they use a search box. Assistants do not rank pages so much as summarise them, which rewards clear, specific, verifiable writing.

Write answers, not brochures
Lead each page with a direct answer in two or three sentences, then support it with detail. Assistants extract self-contained statements, so a paragraph that only makes sense after three others is rarely used.
Make the facts machine-readable
- State company details, service areas and contact information consistently across the site
- Use headings that match the question being answered
- Add structured data for your organisation, services, articles and FAQs
- Keep a clearly dated update line on pages that change
Be specific enough to be quotable
Vague claims are unusable. Concrete scope, process, timescales and limitations are the things assistants can repeat with confidence — and the things buyers were looking for anyway.
This is why AI visibility and good content are the same project. Writing for people first is what makes a page safe to summarise.
