Stop losing enquiries: connecting your site to follow-up
Marketing spend is wasted at the last step more often than the first. An enquiry that arrives in a shared inbox and is answered two days later has already lost to whoever replied within the hour.

Where enquiries go missing
- Form submissions landing only in email, with no record if the email is missed
- No owner assigned, so everyone assumes someone else replied
- No visible status, so nobody knows what has been followed up
- Phone and chat enquiries that never reach the same list
The plumbing that fixes it
Store every enquiry in one place as the source of truth, then notify people from that record. Add the source, the page it came from and a timestamp so you can see which pages produce real work.
Automate the mechanical parts only: acknowledgement to the enquirer, assignment to an owner, and a reminder if nothing has happened within your target response time. The reply itself stays human.
Measure what matters
Track time to first reply, the proportion of enquiries answered inside target, and conversion by source. Those three numbers usually reveal more margin than another round of advertising.
